Levittown Patch: Arcadia Students and Professors To Assist in Cyber-Bullying Research

"The Pennsbury Education Foundation is pleased to announce a $10,000 grant from the Verizon Foundation, which will be used to support a newly-developed cyber-bullying prevention program at the middle school level," reports the Levittown Patch.
"The cyber-bullying prevention program will take place in January 2012 at William Penn Middle School. Four Bucks County Peace Center educators will work directly with 14 classsized groups of students. The young teens will attend several cyber-bullying prevention workshops and an assembly program. In addition, two workshops will be presented for parents of the participating students....Survey data gathered from these stakeholder groups will be processed and analyzed by students and professors at Arcadia University in a partnership arrangement with the Bucks County Peace Center."
