Dr. Brian Eckenrode, assistant professor of physical therapy, and Dr. Phil McClure, chair of the Department of Physical Therapy, presented topics at the continuing education course “Current Concepts for the Running/Throwing Athlete” sponsored by Moss Sports Rehab and Einstein Sports Medicine and held at Arcadia University on July 12, 2014. Drs. Eckenrode and McClure gave lectures titled “Management of Running-Related Injuries and Gait Retraining” and “The Role of Pain and Fatigue on Shoulder Muscle Function,” respectively.
