Arcadia University celebrates 2021 International Education Week Nov. 15-19 with a variety of cultural and global events.

Race Abroad: Student Panel & Reception
Stein Fireplace Lounge
In partnership with identity-based clubs and societies on campus, a student panel regarding life abroad as a student of color.

All week, Metz Dining Services will offer international food selections at the Dining Hall

  • Monday, Nov. 15: Bangers & Mash (Ireland)
  • Tuesday, Nov. 16: Japchae (South Korea) - noodle dish
  • Wednesday, Nov. 17: Chow Mein Noodles (China)
  • Thursday, Nov. 18: Albondigas (Brazil) - meatballs
  • Friday, Nov. 19:  Jollof Rice (Nigeria)

Additional International Education Week plans include:

  • Student takeovers of Arcadia’s social media accounts, including by IPAL and STAMP members, international students, and staff members 
  • A “study abroad experience” Spotify playlist 

International Education Week is a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences. IEW is an annual opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide.
