The 2017 Honors Convocation ceremony on April 1 recognized hundreds of students for Dean’s Honors and Distinguished Honors lists for the spring and fall 2016 semesters. Additionally, 70 students received university and departmental academic awards.

Dr. Janet Readinger, assistant professor of Physical Therapy and associate director of Clinical Education, received the Provost’s Award for Outstanding Advising and Mentoring, and Dr. Helen Miamidian, adjunct professor of Sociology, Anthropology, and Criminal Justice, earned the Adjunct Faculty Award.
