My greatest achievement in life is my passion to support children and young adults. I believe that that each child has the ability to shine in their own way. I have gained extensive experience with children and adults with Intellectual disabilities for over a decade. I've created life skills lesson plans for adults with intellectual disabilities in the teaching and learning center at Saint Johns Community services. I have substitute taught for grades K-8th in the Philadelphia Charter school for Literacy....however, my expertise rises beyond teaching, I've supported the education needs of students as their Instructional Aide within a special education classroom setting under the guidance of the lead teacher in the Philadelphia school district. My Arcadia students have brought so much joy to my life and think of me as their LRN mom. It gives me great pleasure to support all students here at Arcadia. I have extensive knowledge with successfully managing all aspects of employment, interviewing prospective employees, managing, and training staff. Developing and managing the department budget, establishing and motoring productivity goals, and leading cross- functional teams on key projects. I've been supporting our disabilities support services as the testing coordinator for our students who require testing accommodations. I assist our director with the supervision of our sixty or more tutors in order to assure that all of our students are able to achieve the academic resources we provide.
