For over 20 years I have been an Adjunct Professor of Education at Arcadia University with an emphasis in inclusive early childhood education. I teach courses in the PreK-4 and Special Education undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition I am the PreK-4 Program Director and a Student Teacher Supervisor. I am also the faculty mentor for the Education Club and Chapter Counselor of Kappa Delta Pi, an international honor society for educators. Prior to teaching in higher education, I was a lead teacher and assistant director of the childcare program on the campus of Beaver College (now Arcadia University). My current areas of research focus on professional collaboration in inclusive early childhood environments as a model for best practices and a family centered approach to inclusive practices.
