Michael Charnock is a National Certified Counselor who holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Washington D.C. He received his B.A. in Psychology from Temple University. Prior to working at Arcadia he provided case management to adults with mental health concerns in a residential setting and did caregiving for adults with developmental disorders. Some of his areas of clinical interest include, relationship and family issues, trauma, anxiety, substance use, grief & loss, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Michael has a passion for helping students identify their strengths & values, which assists them in developing the skills needed to succeed in higher education. In his spare time Michael enjoys playing the piano, going to the movies, traveling, and spending time with family and friends (with the motive of really just wanting to hang out with their cat or dog).
