Troy started at Arcadia in January of 2019. He is very passionate about the work that he does as he feels he was blessed to find a field that helps him do what he loves, to help people. Troy's goal while here at Arcadia is to make sure that students feel at home and are having an engaging and personal experience. He hopes to help make the campus feel inclusive and accommodating to students, faculty and staff.
In his role, Troy oversees the recruitment and training of the Orientation Leaders. He also puts together, with the help of the Orientation Planning Executive Committee, the summer and fall orientation programs. Troy also oversees, with ENSP's wonderful GA, the AU Lead series and the annual Student Leadership Conference. Troy also oversees the Knight Leadership Program. All leadership initiatives provided by the ENSP office are open to all students and the annual conference is free for the students of Arcadia.
Prior to Arcadia, Troy worked in Residence Life at LaSalle University as a Residence Coordinator and at Chestnut Hill College as the Assistant Director of Residence Life. Troy was a member of the 2014 MACUHO planning committee where he planned all meals for the conference. Troy received his bachelors and masters degree from Kutztown University where he was very involved with student organizations, residence life and orientation. This was where he found his love for helping college students and for orientation.
Troy is very happy to be at Arcadia and welcomes any and all opportunities to work with everyone that identifies as a Knight and is dedicated to being an agent of change.
