Arcadia University offers a variety of benefit plans to eligible employees ranging from HMO to High Deductible. You will have the option to “opt out” of benefits and receive ‘cashback’ in your paycheck.  The benefit plan year is November 1st to October 31st.  If dependent coverage is desired, the additional cost will be payroll deducted and will be taken on a pre-tax basis unless otherwise requested or prohibited by law.
