Arcadia Dining, On and Off Campus

I’ll admit it—the most important part of college, for me and many others, is the food. You eat at least three times a day, not including the 8 a.m. coffees, late-night studying snacks, and protein bars in between classes. What you eat and where you’re eating are essential to having a good college...

Glenside Cafe Crawl

If there is one piece of wisdom my father imparted to me, it’s that there’s nothing better than a good cup of coffee. I grew up learning the vital factors of a superior pot of coffee: freshly brewed, 100% Arabica beans, spring water, and the perfect scoop-to-water ratio for the grounds. [block1...

New Dining, New Arcadia

Chris, the Barista from Easton Cafe

Arcadia’s community is awesome. It’s very inclusive. Everyone seems to get along; I don’t ever really see any conflicts. It’s a very uplifting environment, especially because I get to see someone’s first smile in the morning. They come in, I get them their caffeine, and make them...

Lisa Wright, Chat Worker

In the summer, I normally do Playstreet, where we close off our block from 10 to 4, and no cars come down, the kids get to play all day, and I serve them lunch and snacks. And it’s so fun, ’cause the city gives you little hula hoops, little toys and stuff for the kids to play with,...
