Can I share a page draft?

Sharing with non-content editors: If you want to share a page with a non-editor, we recommend Full Page Screen Capture Chrome Extension to take a full page screen capture. You will have the ability to save the page as either a PDF or PNG which can be downloaded and shared.

Sharing with editors: If you are sharing a draft with an editor you can share the draft node url directly, i.e., arcadia.edu/node/####/draft.

How do I become an editor?

Please request a training with University Relations.

When will my edit be approved?

Once you submit your edits for review, University Relations will typically review and publish your content within 24 hours. You will receive an email notifying you that the page has been published, or asking to make additional edits before the page can be published.

If I find an error or mistake on a page, who do I contact?

First, check the list of existing content editors to see if there is a content editor for that unit. If there is, please reach out to them so they can fix the mistake. If there is no editor assigned, please notify University Relations by filling out the web request form. Maintaining our website takes a village, and we wouldn't be able to do it without you! Never hesitate to reach out about errors you find.
