The mission of the Office of Career Education is to educate and create connections for the Arcadia University community to facilitate the holistic career development of undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni.
The Office of Career Education (OCE) has established several ways for you to have VIRTUAL access to career education services and resources. Our team is working remotely to assist students, alumni, employers, and faculty. We are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm throughout the Spring 2021 semester.

If you have any further questions, please reach out to us at careerhelp@arcadia.edu.
Students can email their professional documents for an "express review" to careerhelp@arcadia.edu. Documents will be reviewed by a student Career Peer Advisor (CPA) during Express Advising hours. A CPA will email feedback on the document to the student, typically within 1-2 business days of the request. During peak times of the semester, it may take a bit longer to receive feedback.
Arcadia faculty can reach out to OCE by completing a Partnership Request, or by reaching out directly to an OCE staff member via email. The OCE Community Page on Canvas has helpful resources for faculty and staff engagement on career development topics. Additionally, we are enhancing the OCE Community page to include pre-recorded presentations and sample assignments on career and professional development topics for the virtual classroom.
All meetings with OCE professional staff, or our Career Peer Advisors via Express Advising Services, will take place virtually. Students/alumni can schedule their virtual meetings and RSVP for virtual career events through their personal Handshake account. Scheduled meetings with a Career Educator will take place via Zoom. Once the student/alum schedules their appointment in Handshake, they will receive a Zoom meeting link by email.
Employers can post open positions and career events for students/alumni directly to Handshake. You can also take advantage of opportunities to keep engaging Arcadia students virtually in the classroom with our Employer Partnership Form or learn more on our On-Campus Recruiting. To connect with our Career Educators directly, email recruit@arcadia.edu.
Throughout this OCE website and the OCE Community Page on Canvas, all students can find a wealth of helpful resources on career development topics. Additionally, undergraduate students can participate in their personalized e3 Career Action Plan through the OCE Community Page.
Parents and prospective students can find more information about our resources throughout this website, including Arcadia's compelling Post-Graduate Outcomes and the NEW College2Career Scholars program. Please reach out to us at careerhelp@arcadia.edu with any additional questions.
