The Annual Fund: Senior Class Challenge
The Senior Class Challenge is a program designed to give graduating seniors the opportunity to help make a difference in the future of Arcadia University.
The structure of the program is based on personal and phone solicitation by the Senior Class Challenge team, comprised of (most frequently) two Chairpersons and a cadre of Team Leaders. The program began with the Class of 1995.
The goal of the program is to introduce young alumni to the habit of giving back to their alma mater, every year. Their annual participation will help keep Arcadia's alumni giving rate well above the national norm, a fact that is critical to both rating and fund-raising organizations.
For the first five years, Senior Class Challenge alumni have the opportunity to acquire a paver on the Alumni Fund Walk of Pride as a premium for their five consecutive gifts. Alumni who have not yet celebrated their fifth reunion are invited to purchase pavers on The Alumni Fund Walk of Pride through the Senior Class Challenge Program. All these young alumni have to do is make consecutive annual gifts to the Alumni Fund. If their gifts total $125 by the fifth reunion, they will automatically qualify for an inscribed paver.
