Transfer your credits.
We accept up to 75 credits from regionally accredited two-year institutions and up to 90 credits from four-year institutions. We also award credit for prior learning. Our transfer equivalency tool will help you estimate how many of your credits will transfer.
Submit your application.
Transfer students must submit an application and official transcripts from each school attended, regardless of how many semesters they completed. Transcripts should be ordered directly from your previous institution to be sent to Arcadia in support of your application.
Start early.
Summer sessions at Arcadia offer the opportunity to catch up on classes, earn credits, and conduct research—and transfer students receive a tuition discount.

What core classes will I need to take?
You will need to take English 101 if you have not completed an equivalent course. In addition, you must complete the Global Connections Experience and Reflection and a Senior Capstone Project. Can I schedule a one-on-one transfer appointment?
You can email transfer@arcadia.edu to schedule a virtual one-on-one transfer appointment with Darien Ryan, Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions, to walk through the application process, financial aid, and your transition to Arcadia. One-hour appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How do I submit transcripts?
You must submit official university transcripts from all previously attended universities in support of your Arcadia application. You can request these transcripts directly from your previous school (most often through their Registrar's office). Most universities utilize a third party electronic delivery system. For schools which require a recipient email, please use transfer@arcadia.edu. Transcripts must come directly from your previous school to Arcadia to verify document authenticity.
