Rashmi Radhakrishnan, vice president of Enrollment Management, Technology & Innovation and chief information officer at Arcadia University, has been named to the Women We Admire Top 50 Women Leaders of Pennsylvania list for 2025. The list honors skilled women leaders across a range of industries.

As vice president and a member of the President’s Cabinet, Radhakrishnan leads the University’s Enrollment Management and Technology divisions. She guides the development of strategies, data-informed pivots, innovative processes, and organizational structure to meet Arcadia’s enrollment goals and other key priorities.

In addition, Radhakrishnan manages IT strategies for the University’s long-term technology needs, oversees cybersecurity initiatives at Arcadia’s campuses around the world, and ensures user-centric IT support for all members of the Arcadia community.

Radhakrishnan previously made this list in 2022 and 2024. She has also been named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Top IT Pro and City and State Pennsylvania’s Higher Education Power 100 lists.
