Heidi is an adjunct professor at Arcadia University and Thomas Jefferson University. She has a BS in Chemistry from Temple University and has worked at NMS Labs for more than 20 years. She has experience with sample preparation techniques, instrumental analysis, and data processing for drugs/poisons in biological matrices. Additionally, she has experience with method development and validation processes. She has worked in GCMS, LCMS, R&D, and Tech Support at NMS Labs. Heidi is presently a Laboratory Operations Manager for the Operations Technical Improvement department, serving the lab in technical training, method performance and instrument/equipment maintenance and repair.
