Erica brings more than 26 years of experience in higher education admissions and enrollment management. She has developed strong expertise in public speaking, writing, and social media marketing, and is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and clear, effective communication. Known for her ability to build relationships, solve problems, and foster connections, Erica is committed to supporting the growth and development of students and colleagues alike.

She holds a B.A. in American Studies with a minor in English from Penn State University. Outside of her professional work, Erica enjoys life at home with her husband, Darren, their daughter, Leah, and their Aussiedoodle, Odin. She is also a dedicated lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan (GO BIRDS!).
