Why did you choose your particular program at Arcadia?
I chose IPCR because I thought it would be a great way for me to use what I learned in undergrad and apply it to a more tangible concept. With Arcadia’s emphasis on study abroad, I was also hoping to involve myself in research that allowed me to make global connections while obtaining new experiences.
What do you hope to accomplish during your time here?
In the limited time that I have left here, I hope to make a sizable impact on my program by continuing to make connections, expanding my knowledge on international affairs, and obtaining all of the tools offered by Arcadia, applying them back into the community.
What do you do when you’re not in class?
Professionally, I am a Graduate Assistant at the Office of Career Education as well as a Graduate Researcher for Dr. Riggan in the HAPS department, assisting in her current research focused on Ethiopian immigration polices and Eritrean migrant patterns. Outside of class, I enjoy hiking, spoiling my cats, Sully and Nemo, and enjoying my 500 other random hobbies.
