Want to Streamline Your Web Request?
Before submitting, please gather the following to help us process your request efficiently:
- Page link(s): Include the URL(s) for all relevant pages.
- Screenshots or content documents: Especially important for new or revised pages — clearly show what needs to change and where.
- Browser and device info: If you’re reporting a technical issue, let us know the browser, device, and time the issue occurred.
We’re happy to collaborate with you to ensure your content looks great and functions seamlessly across all devices and platforms. Our goal is to make your web experience exceptional.
Are You Seeing or Experiencing a Web Emergency?
If you’re experiencing a web issue that qualifies as an emergency—such as a site outage, major failure in functionality, or a critical error affecting user access or operations, contact Lee Ann Owens, Webmaster immediately via email (owensl@arcadia.edu) or via chat. Emergency issues should not be submitted through the standard web service request form.
Having Trouble Accessing Your Page on Campus?
When accessing web pages on campus, links entered into the CMS as “https://arcadia.edu” (without the “www”) may not load correctly on the internal network. To ensure proper functionality, links should either be relative (e.g., /visit) or include the “www” prefix (e.g., https://www.arcadia.edu/visit).
Online Accessibility Resources
We’re committed to maintaining accessible digital content that meets institutional standards. Arcadia’s online accessibility work is driven by the following principles:
- Technology accessibility is an institution-wide responsibility that requires commitment and involvement from leadership across the university.
- Technology access for individuals with disabilities must provide comparable functionality, affordability, and timeliness and should be delivered in as seamless a manner as possible.
- The implementation of Universal Design principles should reduce the need for, and costs associated with, individual accommodations for inaccessible technology products.
Arcadia.edu Website
Information and communication technology is considered accessible if it can be perceived, understood, navigated, and interacted with in a similar capacity by people with disabilities as it can by those without.
