Wanted: Creative Minds for Award-winning Student Blog

By Purnell T. Cropper | August 27, 2015

We want to show Arcadia from your perspective as you pursue your interests, whether you’re coordinating a campus event for a student club, studying abroad for a semester, competing on a sports team, taking Honors classes, doing a research project, navigating freshman year, or completing a degree as a transfer student.

Enrollment Management and University Relations are searching for a few good storytellers to contribute to Because Arcadia, an award-winning student blog where undergraduate students share their Arcadia experience with prospective students and the community.

Writers, photographers, and video producers who can meet deadlines and communicate concisely are encouraged to apply. That said, we train and mentor bloggers throughout the semester and are committed to finding vibrant student voices representing a wide range of majors rather than perfect writers.

Each core contributor receives a stipend for completed work.

The application deadline has been extended to Monday, Sept. 14. For instructions on how to apply, visit because.arcadia.edu/about/join/.
