Public Health Hosts Food Drive for Glenside Community

By RetterJ | October 26, 2016

The Department of Public Health invites members of the Arcadia University community to participate in a food drive for Seeds of Hope and New Life Glenside, organizations that provide meals for local families in need.

Participants are encouraged to drop off non-perishable goods—soup, water bottles, juice boxes, macaroni and cheese, pasta sauce, protein or granola bars, crackers, and small portions of snacks—at Brubaker 216 or the Chat until Nov. 18.

In addition to these donations, the Public Health Student Society will prepare snack bags on Nov. 15 in Landman Library 003 and Nov. 16 in Brubaker 201 from 6:30 to 7:20 p.m. Guests are invited to decorate bags and offer letters of encouragement and support.
