Reale Publishes New Book on Achieving a Work-Life Balance

Associate Professor and Faculty Librarian for English and Music Michelle Reale published Becoming a Reflective Librarian and Teacher: Strategies for Mindful Academic Practice, a book that helps readers achieve better work-life balance through a step-by-step guide. Published by the American Library Association (ALA) Editions, Reale’s book offers guidance on how to use journaling for personal expression and dialogue, as well as tips for becoming a reflective practitioner.

Additionally, Reale’s new book was highlighted by the ALA in its January newsletter. The ALA noted the conversational tone and concise framework of the book that helps readers employ  Reale’s suggested practices.
