Dewetta Logan ’15MEd, owner and director of Smart Beginnings Early Learning Center (SBELC), was named the 2018 VOICE for Children Award recipient by the Pennsylvania Association for the Education of Young Children. She was one of four childcare professionals in Pennsylvania recognized for “demonstrated outstanding dedication and commitment to advocating for high quality early learning opportunities.”

The VOICE Award is the only statewide Pennsylvania award to honor childcare leaders whose work impacts the quality and care of education for young children.
