
How It Works
- Complete the Arcadia Edge application by July 1, 2026: High school juniors apply online for admission before the deadline.
- Send your high school transcript: Students submit a transcript that includes completed coursework through junior year and available junior-year grades.
- Share academic interests: Applicants can indicate majors or academic areas they want to explore at Arcadia, including any programs with special requirements.
- Receive an admissions decision: Admission decisions and preliminary scholarship offers will be sent on July 31, 2026.*
*Please note: Students are welcome to confirm their enrollment as soon as they know Arcadia is the right fit. The Arcadia Edge Application and admission decisions are non-binding.

Scholarships & Financial Aid
Students who are eligible for merit scholarship will be informed of their award as part of the Arcadia Edge admissions process. Official scholarship and financial aid awarding will begin in July. A Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be filed for a need-based financial aid package to be reviewed. The FAFSA will open on Oct. 1.

When is the deadline to apply?
- The deadline to submit your Arcadia Edge application is July 1, 2026.
- Any applications or required materials received after this deadline will be reviewed after August 1 and will receive a decision after October 1.
What information do you need to see on my high school transcript?
Your transcript must have your 9th, 10th and 11th grade mid-year grades for all courses. We will be unable to review your application without junior year mid-year grades.
What if I’m not admitted?
If Arcadia is unable to offer you admission through the Arcadia Edge program, your application will be deferred and reviewed again as part of the regular application cycle. Students whose applications are deferred should send updated academic records, such as first marking period or mid-year senior year grades, when they are available.
Will I be reviewed for a scholarship?
Yes, your application will automatically be considered for a scholarship and you will be notified of any merit based scholarship in your decision letter on or before July 31, 2025 if awarded.
What if I want to change my major that I listed on my application prior to a decision?
Please email admiss@arcadia.edu to request the major change.
What if I want to change my major after being admitted to Arcadia?
Please email admiss@arcadia.edu with your requested changes.
Do I have to reapply in the fall semester?
No, If you have submitted your application through the Arcadia Edge program, please do not reapply again. If you wish to make changes to your application, please email admiss@arcadia.edu.
Should I add Arcadia as a school on the Common App in the fall semester when applying to other colleges?
No, since you have already applied to Arcadia via the Arcadia Edge Application, you should not list Arcadia as another college as you will not have to apply again.
Is an Arcadia Edge Acceptance a binding decision?
Students are welcome to confirm their enrollment as soon as they’re certain we’re the right fit for them. Arcadia Edge is not a binding Early Decision program, so you have flexibility in making your choice. The final deadline to submit your enrollment deposit is May 1, 2027.
