Hey y’all, I’m Lauren! I’m in my final semester at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and I’ve chosen to spend it studying abroad at the Umbra Institute in Italy. I’m an English major and Medieval and Renaissance Studies minor, so the medieval city of Perugia sounds like the perfect place for me. I’ve done a fair bit of traveling, including a previous term abroad in London, but that doesn’t make me a pro by any means. My blog is sure to reflect my travel style: a little hectic with a few wrong turns, but always topped off with a good meal and an interesting find. So I hope you’ll join me for every great moment and bear with me while I make wrong turns. Either way, it’s sure to be an adventure.
