Involve yourself in as many opportunities as you can while ensuring that you excel in all of them. You will inevitably move away from some but will likely gain many great experiences and contacts while finding a narrower path. If you do not perform well because you are overextended, however, then you will not reap those rewards.
I am the lead therapist at the newly expanded Good Shepherd Penn Partners outpatient physical therapy clinic at Oak Summit Apartments on Arcadia’s campus. In working toward the shared vision of Good Shepherd Penn Partners Department of Physical Therapy, I plan to expand our positive impact on the Glenside and Arcadia academic and athletic communities through best care practices while also facilitating joint faculty and clinician research projects in our site and creating greater integration with the Doctor of Physical Therapy curriculum.
Involve yourself in as many opportunities as you can while ensuring that you excel in all of them.
