These recent alumni, covering a variety of programs from the SGB, will talk about their academic and professional journeys and then answer questions from you! Moreover, these alumni coming back to meet, speak with, and hear directly from you.

Salma Bah ’19

Business Administration
Influencer and Content Manager at 1Milk2Sugars

Salma Bah is a creative in influencer marketing and content, with 7+ years of experience bringing campaigns and cultural moments to life across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. She has partnered with leading brands including Apple, Spotify, Jordan, Estée Lauder, MAC Cosmetics, Thayers, and more leading influencer campaigns, large-scale activations, and content strategy. From producing sold-out cultural experiences like Durag Fest to executing collaborations with celebrities, athletes across the NFL/NBA, and top-tier influencers, she blends strategy with creativity to create work that drives cultural relevance.

Nicholas Bon Tempo ’24

Healthcare Administration
Community Liaison at Ennoble Care

Nick Bon Tempo is a 2024 graduate of Arcadia University, where he played baseball and graduated with honors. Shortly after graduation, he began his professional career at 365 Health Services, earning a promotion within just eight months to become the director of sales in their Reading office. In August 2025, he transitioned to Ennoble Care as a Community Liaison, where he has played a key role in expanding the Berks and Montgomery County markets. Nick currently resides in Willow Grove and also serves as an assistant baseball coach for Delaware Valley University.

I’m a recent graduate of Arcadia, where I competed in field hockey, ice hockey, and lacrosse all four years. I currently work in a role focused on helping athletes access resources across academic, training, and sports development. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, coaching, watching movies, and spending time with friends.

Michael Ferrence ’17

Title Clerk (Bar Candidate) at Gross McGinley, LLP

Mickey Ferrence graduated from Arcadia University in 2017 and later completed law school before spending five years in Nashville, Tennessee working in business operations and the real estate title insurance industry. He has since returned to Pennsylvania and is now a member of Gross McGinley’s real estate group in Allentown, where he assists clients with a range of real estate and transactional matters. While at Arcadia, Mickey was a member of the baseball team and the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society.

Kenneth Marshman ’22

Sport Management
Territory Manager at Leading Edge Fundraising

A graduate of Arcadia University, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration in 2022 while competing as a member of the men’s soccer team. I began my professional career with the Philadelphia Union Academy in January 2023 as an Equipment Coordinator, quickly advancing to Head of Academy Equipment in 2024. After returning to my hometown of Berwick, PA in October 2025, I joined Leading Edge Fundraising as a Territory Manager, where I support local sports teams and school groups in achieving their fundraising goals, while also serving as an assistant varsity basketball coach at Berwick Area High School.

Kristina Pakrul ’16 ’18M

Business Administration with a Management Concentration, MBA
Director of Human Resources at The Atlantic Federal Credit Union

Kristina Pakrul is the Director of Human Resources at Atlantic Federal Credit Union, where she has led HR initiatives for over five years with a strong focus on employee relations and career development. She holds both a BA and an MBA in Business Administration from Arcadia University. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her dog Benji and relaxing at the beach during the summer.
