Ben Herold is the Frontend Web Developer at Arcadia University, where he ensures the University’s website is reliable, user-friendly, and visually engaging. In this role, he focuses on keeping the site responsive, accessible, and consistent across all platforms. By turning ideas and designs into functional web pages, he helps create an online experience that is both seamless and meaningful for visitors.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Web Design and Interactive Media from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. He has a deep passion for pixel-perfect frontend development and a long history of building thoughtful digital experiences. His career includes extensive work on major e-commerce web stores, where he helped implement branding and improved usability for its customers. He now applies that same focus of clarity and functionality to his work on Arcadia’s website.

Outside of work, Ben is an avid hiker who finds inspiration and balance in nature. He has thru-hiked both the Pacific Crest Trail and the Appalachian Trail, spent weeks exploring the depths of the Grand Canyon, and summited countless remote peaks across the country. Whether on the trail or at the computer, he brings the same dedication and perseverance to every challenge he takes on.
