Professor Fritch is a former Fortune 500 senior executive with deep expertise in marketing, strategy, product launches and leadership. With over 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, she has launched and marketed some of the most consequential brands in cardiovascular medicine and immunotherapy, and has led multinational cross-functional teams.
Professor Fritch discovered her passion for teaching and coaching students when she was invited to guest lecture to MBA students at Rutgers University. She subsequently became an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University, teaching Market Decision Making to MBA candidates, and the program lead in an immersive summer program for international Masters of Financial Analysis candidates at Rutgers University. Professor Fritch joined Arcadia in the Fall of 2025 and teaches Principles of Marketing, Marketing Research and Business Writing.
In addition to teaching at Arcadia University, she is the principal and founder of New Path Ventures, a marketing strategy and communications consulting firm, and an award-winning creative writer.
