Kathleen Fortier, PT, DPT, MBA, is the Associate Director of Clinical Education and Assistant Professor of Practice in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Arcadia University. She brings a diverse background in clinical practice, leadership, and education, with experience spanning pediatric care, rehabilitation management, and healthcare administration. Kathleen is the founder of On the Move Physical Therapy, a mobile practice, and a healthcare consulting firm. Her research and scholarly interests focus on value-based care, telehealth outcomes, and the integration of artificial intelligence in physical therapy education and clinical decision-making. She is passionate about preparing future physical therapists for evolving healthcare environments through innovative, technology-enhanced learning and strong clinical partnerships.
