Professional Experience
With a foundation in biology from Penn State and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University, I bring over 14 years of clinical experience in women’s health, primarily serving at Abington Hospital. Since transitioning to academia in 2016, I’ve been dedicated to educating future Physician Assistants, delivering lectures on women's health at institutions including Arcadia University, Jefferson University, and DeSales University. Currently, as the Director of Assessments and Outcomes for Arcadia’s PA program, I focus on advancing curriculum effectiveness and student success. I am also pursuing my EdD in Educational Leadership at Arcadia, with an emphasis on enhancing outcomes in PA education. My research centers on breaking down barriers to healthcare by increasing access for students, particularly those from underrepresented minority and underserved backgrounds.
