Kristen has been at Arcadia since July 2016. She has been working in the field of Institutional Research since 2012. At Arcadia, Kristen responds to external requests for information, including compliance reporting and government reports (IPEDS, Pennsylvania Department of Education) and national surveys (Common Data Set, US News, college guidebooks, and other published rankings). Kristen also manages the administration of course evaluations each semester. In addition to these duties, she responds to recurring and ad hoc data requests from Arcadia's administrative and academic offices.

Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Urban Affairs & Public Policy from the University of Delaware’s Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy & Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
