Areas Of Focus

As lead for the Web Team, I work with partners across the institution to translate priorities and goals into clear, accessible, and effective digital experiences. With 20+ years of experience managing web and marketing communications projects, I help coordinate work across departments so information is usable, consistent, and aligned with institutional needs.

I focus on moving work forward in a steady and reliable way, with attention to accessibility, usability, and long-term clarity for the people who rely on it.

I enjoy working across departments, untangling complex workflows, and supporting continuous improvement of digital experiences that help people find what they need and complete their work more easily. Oh, and I try to keep a sense of humor handy for the inevitable curveballs.

Professional Experience

At Arcadia, I focus on keeping the web running smoothly so you don’t have to stress about it. Before this, I worked on communication and digital marketing projects with Mayo Clinic, YWCA St. Paul, City of Bloomington, Tiger Oak Media, Encore Software, FindLaw (a Thomson Reuters business), Hadley House, Dolan Media, National Marrow Donor Program, and other Twin Cities businesses and nonprofit organizations.

When I’m not behind a web screen, I volunteer as editor for the German Pinscher Club of America (GPCA) through the American Kennel Club (AKC), helping build national communities. Clearly, I enjoy organizing things, whether it’s a website or a bunch of the world's most adorable dogs!
