I am an attorney practicing in Business and related areas for the past 30 years, and have had the pleasure of teaching at Arcadia for twenty four of those years and Manor College (where I am also the Legal Studies Program Director) for 25 years.  My J.D. degree is from Pepperdine University and I have a Masters in Theology.  My practice is limited to business, estates and ethics issues, and I practice in PA and NJ - I am of counsel to the law firm, Duffy, North in Hatboro, PA.
