Olivia joined Arcadia in September after graduating from Dickinson College in May of 2025. While at Dickinson, she embraced numerous leadership and involvement opportunities, including serving as Senior Class President, leading philanthropic initiatives as a Philanthropy Fellow in the Office of Advancement, and participating in a variety of student organizations. These experiences inspired her passion for working in college advancement and connecting with alumni to strengthen the university community.

Olivia is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and helping others engage with Arcadia’s mission. She brings energy, creativity, and firsthand knowledge of the student experience to her role. In her role as Philanthropic Giving Officer, Olivia Abbott-Havers supports Arcadia University by building relationships with alumni and advancing philanthropic initiatives.
