Seán Boylan is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Visual and Performing Arts at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. His paintings, drawings, and films have been exhibited internationally at venues including Actual Size and Chin’s Push in Los Angeles, Arcadia Missa in London, The Saatchi Gallery at Victoria House in London, Evening Hours in New York, and Franklin Street in Baltimore.

Seán’s practice explores how environments communicate through subtle movements, shifts, and atmospheres. He translates these observations into installations that bring together two- and three-dimensional works with narrative timelines, imagining alternative scenes that weave together the dreamlike and the everyday.
