Landman Library’s Archives and Special Collections houses archival materials documenting the history of Arcadia University and Beaver College, as well as manuscripts and rare books that support the teaching and research endeavors of the University community. Rare books are searchable through the Library’s catalog; archival finding aids and collection descriptions will be posted here as they become available.

Archives and Special Collections is open to members of the Arcadia University community and visiting researchers by advance appointment Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Reference requests are also accepted via email (preferred) and telephone. Limited photocopying and scanning services are available; photography without flash is permitted. Rare and archival materials do not circulate and must be consulted in the reading room. Pencils only when taking notes; laptops and tablets are permitted.
