The Health Sciences minor is designed for students across a variety of disciplines who seek to deepen their understanding of healthcare while complementing their primary field of study. As the healthcare landscape grows increasingly complex, this interdisciplinary minor offers foundational knowledge in key areas such as health systems, public health, healthcare administration, and the biological and social determinants of health.
Through coursework that spans health sciences, public health, and healthcare administration, students will explore both clinical and systemic factors that impact individual and population health. Offered through the College of Health Sciences, the minor equips students with a broad, informed perspective on health and wellness—preparing them to thoughtfully engage with the challenges and opportunities of modern healthcare.
