Students, Faculty Present at Counseling Association Conference

Students and faculty of the Counseling program presented and were recognized at the Pennsylvania Counseling Association (PCA) Conference in King of Prussia on Nov. 4.

Dr. Hsin-Hua “Cathy” Lee, assistant professor of Psychology, and Counseling student Bethany Wentz ’18 co-presented the poster, “Program Evaluation of School-Based Group for Mandarin-Speaking Minors.”

Dr. Eleonora Bartoli, director of Counseling, presented panels “Gatekeeping and the Role of the Counselor Educator” and “Masters in Psychology and Counseling Accreditation Council (MPCAC): Connecting professions, promoting excellence.” Bartoli chairs the MPCAC.

Carol Lyman, associate director of Counseling, received the PCA Outstanding Administrator Award, and Elizabeth Byrne, adjunct professor of Psychology, received the 2017 PCA Outstanding Practitioner Award.
