Counseling alumnus Marc Damario ’18M was appointed evidence-based practice program coordinator at Belmont Behavioral Health Hospital, where he’ll oversee new programs implemented in the hospital.
Damario is working to secure a designation for Belmont from Philadelphia’s Evidence-based Practice and Innovation Center, a branch of the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services that advances system-wide strategies that support the implementation, sustainability, and accessibility of resources and initiatives.
“At Arcadia, my professors came from all different backgrounds, with different experiences that helped me find this path,” said Damario. “The learning opportunities helped me get experience in this field while taking my classes.”
