Dr. Rebecca Kohn, vice provost and dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Arcadia University, shakes hands with Dr. Serge Nicolas, president of the Board of Directors of the American Graduate School in Paris, after the two signed a Memorandum of Understanding on June 1 in Paris.
Dr. Kohn and Dr. Warren Haffar, professor of Historical and Political Studies and director of the International Peace and Conflict Resolution program at Arcadia, participated in the June 1 AGS Commencement, during which degrees that Arcadia accredits for the master's and doctoral degrees in International Relations and Diplomacy were awarded. Dr. Kohn presented opening remarks while Dr. Haffar introduced the Commencement speaker, Dr. Kipyego Cheluget. While in Paris, Dr. Kohn and Dr. Haffar also met with Corentine Chalet, director of AGS, to talk about future collaborative projects between Arcadia and AGS.
