ArcadiaFTK Fuels Leadership and Purpose for Kiefer ’26
ArcadiaFTK, a student organization that raises awareness and funds for Four Diamonds, brought together students to create bouquets to donate to Jefferson Abington Hospital on March 2. The group also hosted a fundraising event at Nifty Fifty’s in Abington, Pa., the following day.
Among the students who participated was ArcadiaFTK co-president Morgan Kiefer ’26.
“It was very rewarding to see the appreciation from hospital representatives as they accepted the flowers to share with patients,” Kiefer said.

For the Accounting major with a concentration in management from Hatboro, Pa., involvement with ArcadiaFTK has helped her to develop her leadership skills while supporting families affected by childhood cancer.
“I joined ArcadiaFTK because I wanted to grow outside my comfort zone and make a meaningful difference,” Kiefer said. “Being part of ArcadiaFTK has given me the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others and has positively impacted my Arcadia experience. I have been able to meet people outside my major and become friends with them. In my role as co-president, I am continuing to build leadership skills that will carry with me beyond college.”
For Kiefer, ArcadiaFTK’s mission is what makes involvement in the organization meaningful.
“It is important for students to get involved with ArcadiaFTK because we work to raise awareness and funds that benefit Four Diamonds and their efforts towards supporting families affected by childhood cancer and one day finding a cure.”

During her time at Arcadia, Kiefer has also been involved with Arcadia Christian Fellowship, studied abroad in Italy through Arcadia’s Preview the World program, and has an internship with CliftonLarsonAllen, a professional services firm.
“My proudest accomplishment is using the knowledge and skills I learned from my courses at Arcadia to successfully complete an internship during my junior year and be offered another internship with the same firm as a senior,” she said.
Kiefer hopes to continue building her accounting career and become a Certified Public Accountant at CliftonLarsonAllen after graduating in May.
