Why did you choose your particular program at Arcadia?
I chose Arcadia’s EdD program because a few key mentors guided me on this path to expand my horizons in the field of education. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
What do you hope to accomplish during your time here?
I have gained unique opportunities in my time here at Arcadia, such as speaking at Honors Convocation and becoming a GA for the Division of Campus Life. Through these opportunities, I hope to continue uplifting the voices of student experts and leaders from all corners and centers of our university community.
What do you do when you’re not in class?
Outside of spending class time with my Cohort 15 colleagues, I am an English educator in the Upper Merion Area School District, and I am also writing a science fiction novel series.
Anything else you’d like to share about yourself? My experience in the School of Education has made me return to Arcadia as my educational home. I look forward to seeing what else the future holds!
