Baney was named April 2024’s ASAP Student Employee of the Month for his work with Student Engagement. In this role, he assists with planning and running events, managing 50 employees, and maintaining cleanliness in the University Commons.

“It is a great feeling,” Baney explained. “Being appreciated for my role makes me feel a sense of belonging at Arcadia and that my hard work has paid off. The ASAP program has helped student workers like myself gain recognition for the hard work that they do on a day-to-day basis.”
