Favorite Arcadia memory: One of my favorite memories so far has been enjoying my time on the Haber Green when it is getting nicer and warmer out! I will never forget the view of campus and the calmness the Haber Green can give. 

Post-grad plans: My goal is to start working at a high school or middle school and look into graduate school at the same time! 

From February 2-4, Hardika presented on enhancing student engagement and classroom culture, with a focus on supporting BIPOC students at the EduCon Conference at The Science Leadership Academy Philadelphia. In her presentation, she demonstrated the implementation of the Circle of Power and Respect (CPR) in teacher education classrooms.
