💫 This week is all about Spring Activities around Philly 💫 1.Spruce Street Harbor: This makes for cool, summertime memories, with colorful hammocks, floating gardens, beautiful trees adorned in technicolored lights, craft beers, and delicious food from some of Philadelphia's most popular restaurants. 2.Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival: Held outside the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center and Centennial Arboretum, the event includes music, dancing, family and cultural activities, workshops, local food vendors, a beer garden, and lots and lots of cherry trees. 3.Schuylkill Banks: Explore the Schuylkill River with Hidden River Outfitters on a guided kayak tour from the Walnut Street Dock to the Fairmount Water Works! Tours include equipment rental, paddling instructions, and an hour out on the water. 4.Sunset Social: Voted one of the best rooftop bars in Philadelphia, Sunset Social is located on the 1.2-acre Cira Green Rooftop park-with dazzling city and river views. 5.Peddlar’s Village: A storybook village with charming colonial-style buildings, award-winning gardens, and distinctive shopping and dining. This spring they are introducing a new event - The Best of the Nest: Birdhouse Competition & Display - showcasing unique birdhouses designed and built by members of the public. Guests are invited to vote for their favorites! 6.Liberty Point: The Delaware River waterfront-located establishment boasts multiple elevated outdoor decks for dining, dancing and live entertainment - perfect for views of the river while vibing and sipping. 7.Bok Bar: This seasonal watering hole serves a variety of drinks with an ever-changing menu of tasty bites, and hosts plenty of events and performances. The rooftop boasts stellar skyline views. 8.Cherry Street Pier: This is a year-round, mixed-use public space on the central Delaware River waterfront.
