Contact a Past ParticipantAs a fully enrolled student at Victoria University, you'll have hundreds of course options available to you. With over 17,000 students spread across three campuses that are only a few minutes' walk from one another, you can expect a vibrant campus environment in this picturesque city.  Your studies will be enriched by Wellington's nationally recognized libraries and archive collections, as well as its rich cultural resources. Political science and public policy courses come to life with Parliament just a five-minute walk from campus. Most students take three to four courses per semester to constitute a full load.

Credits and Grades

Courses may be selected among various departments. You will earn the following hours of credit.

  • Fall and spring semester: 15-18 credits.
  • Academic year: 30-36 credits.   

Admission Requirements

GPA Requirements: 2.7 or better on a 4.0 scale. 

You must be in good academic standing and not on disciplinary probation. You need to submit a complete application including a transcript, letter of recommendation, and an advisor's form before your application will be considered.
