Contact a Past ParticipantThe University of Limerick offers a wide range of courses and boasts an impressive array of interdisciplinary subjects. Visiting students have the opportunity to cross-register among any of the University’s academic departments. 

Outside of class, you'll find many opportunities to become immersed in student life. You are welcome to join any of the University's many student clubs and societies, as well as take advantage of its superior athletic facilities. Arcadia program students are housed in one of three housing villages, all within a short walking distance (5-10 minutes) of the campus and facilities. The integrated living and learning experience at Limerick provides a wonderful opportunity to get to know Irish and other international students.

Credits

Courses may be selected among various departments. You will earn the following hours of credit:

  • Fall and spring semester: 15 credits.
  • Academic year: 30 credits. 

Admission Requirements

GPA Requirements: 2.9 on a 4.0 scale. 

You must be in good academic standing and not on disciplinary probation. You need to submit a complete application including a transcript, letter of recommendation, and an advisor's form before your application will be considered.

  • Fall Semester: April 20
  • Spring Semester: October 15
