Getting Around Campus
Class meeting days and times
Cohort classes meet on their assigned day 5:30-10 p.m. Cohorts are assigned a number based on the semester of entry. See your orientation invite for your cohort designation. Cohorts are given a designated day for instruction. This day remains the same for the duration of your program. Specific course dates including international experiences are given in your program course of study. You may find your program course of study by logging onto MyArcadia and accessing your program plan by cohort number in the link found under MBA Community.
Classroom Assignments
To find your room assignments for your first two classes, BA500 and BA502, access your schedule on MyArcadia through the Student Information/Self-Service link (on Tools menu, left side of screen). All remaining MBA classes are held in the Beaver College Room in the Landman Library (second floor). All students are required to present student ID to gain access to the library after 5 p.m. Please see section on obtaining student ID. Visit www.arcadia.edu/directions for directions, campus map and parking.

Photo ID Cards
Every Arcadia student needs a photo ID card. You will be required to present your ID to gain access to campus buildings. Please go to the Public Safety Office to have your picture taken and to obtain your student ID. The Public Safety Office is located in Dilworth Hall on the lower level (view campus map).
Parking

Bring your vehicle registration card to the Public Safety Office to obtain the hangtag. Parking is available at any location designated as Student Parking (view parking map).
International Travel Experiences
There are two International experiences required. The courses will focus on global organizational strategy. Viewing first-hand the environmental factors that influence business decision making will provide students a context for the development of global strategies. Site visits to organizations will permit students to learn about and discuss items related to organization strategy. Students travel with their cohort to an emerging and a developed economy. See program course of study for travel dates. A trip orientation is held 6 weeks prior to travel.
All students are required to have a current, valid passport/visa.
Students are strongly encouraged to apply for passport and/or visa as soon as possible. As indicated on the signed intent to study abroad, students are responsible to have the appropriate valid documentation and will be assessed any charges incurred by the University in the event they are unable to participate in scheduled international experiences. Students must submit proof of valid passport by a copy to the MBA program at the completion of BA502.
