Check out the opening of our Fall semester Anonymous Portrait Swap! Share in the joy as students see their own likenesses created by fellow students.
Here is how it works
In the portrait swap, an Arcadia student will create a portrait of another student, and in exchange, will receive a portrait of themselves, created by another student taking part in the swap.
To participate, for Arcadia University students only:
- Click “GET INVOLVED!” and fill out the form by September 19th. Include a picture or pictures of yourself
- You’ll receive photos of your subject on Wednesday 9/24
- Turn in your portrait at the Spruance Art Office by 10/6. (Digital work should be printed).
- Come out to the opening on 10/9, pick up the portrait of you, and meet the other artists!
Everyone goes home with the portrait of themselves!
There’s no pressure for a perfect likeness- let your expressiveness and creativity flow.
